When Magnolia wanted to expand their annual Silobration event, Scott was invited to be the first artist ever featured in their beautifully restored one-room church in what became a long-term, multi-year collaboration where hundreds of visitors to their Waco, TX campus got custom poems, helping to make every visit an experience of a lifetime, building on a legacy of faith, family, and friendship.
When LCRA Parks and sponsors like Yeti, Richard’s Rainwater, and Desert Door wanted to create an adventurous, outdoor dining experience, they brought Scott in to write “trail poems” for their wilderness dinner guests, so that each person got a one-of-a-kind poem before they sat down for a one-of-a-kind meal.
When Frost Bank + CultureMap ATX wanted to build an interactive outdoor installation series around the theme of “Opt for Optimism,” Scott appeared in 5 cities over 5 weeks, writing hundreds of poems for Texas families, reminding everyone that some brands really do put people first.
